When looking for a company to produce Lawson’s first foray into video promotion, they didn’t have to go very far from the office door. The latest marketing for the company comes courtesy of local Plymouth business BE Productions and is the first in a series of videos which Marketing Director Chris Mervyn hopes will promote what the company is well known for – it’s client care, compassion and personal touch (as well as successfully selling homes across the City of course!).
Formerly known as Mansbridge Balment in Plymouth, the new video was devised to give a flavour of the added levels of customer service and attention that Lawson is well known for.
“Our new branding gives us an opportunity to really set our stall out and attract those people who see value in higher levels of customer service and trust in advice from locally owned and independent property professionals” said Chris.
“With the new video, BE Productions have created a great insight into the softer side of Estate Agency and Lewis and Billy’s work really grabbed me from the outset. We worked closely with them both to create a short film that we are extremely pleased with”.
Not only was the video produced by a local firm but it features three groups of previous buyers and sellers with the company, as well as Managing Director Darren Lawson, Director Kevin Buckingham and North Plymouth Manager Tony Carlton.
Commissioned along with a range of social media shorts, the video is now live on www.lawsonproperty.co.uk and early feedback has been very positive.
BE Productions Creative Director, Lewis Edwards, and Director of Productions Billy Abbott, said: “We are really excited to be working with Chris and the team at Lawson. We have produced a series of shorter social media edits, to fit alongside the main promotional video, and all this was shot with real customers of Lawson. We thoroughly enjoy bringing a vision from paper and conversation to the screen, and in this case it was completed within three weeks. It was a privilege to partner with Lawson to produce fresh, cinematic content for their launch, and we are looking forward to the next exciting instalment later in the year”.
