Situated in this picturesque Dartmoor village is this well maintained three bedroom detached bungalow occupying a private and beautifully tended plot with far reaching views towards Plymouth sound.
Approached from the front, an electric gate opens to a tarmac driveway with adjacent predominantly lawn garden, leading to the front of the property and a double garage with electric door. A side door provides access to a useful side storage area continuing to the rear, whilst to the other side, a path with picket gate leads directly to the rear garden. The garden is a really delightful feature of this property being level, south facing and has the most stunning views across countryside, Plymouth city and the breakwater beyond. There is also a high quality timber built workshop located in the garden with power and light connected.
The living accommodation is well presented throughout and nicely proportioned, comprising entrance porch, hallway, 26FT lounge/diner with bay window, conservatory, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, three bedrooms (master en suite shower room) and a principal bathroom. The owner has also created very useful loft rooms with Velux window accessed via a pull down ladder. The property also benefits from PVCu double glazing throughout and gas central heating.
