In light of the current situation concerning the ongoing Coronavirus/Covid 19 health crisis, Lawson Estate Agents has taken the very difficult, but we firmly believe correct decision, to close both its Plymouth offices from 5.30pm today, Monday March 23rd. Both offices will remain closed, initially until March 31st, when the situation will be reviewed in line with Government guidelines/restrictions in place at that time. Our staff will be working from home doing everything they can to support you at this challenging time.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly…but I’m confident you will agree, it is necessary. As the heading states; our community has looked after us, now it’s our turn to look after them, along with our staff and their families. In short, in line with many other companies large and small, we recognise that we must do all we can to protect the health and wellbeing of both our staff, their families and our customers…and the wider public.
What does this mean for the property we are marketing?
Obviously, we are unable to visit any property to give valuations or undertake viewings in person, even where a property is vacant. We are able to answer questions about any property we currently market of course. We can also give you a market view of your property, via email or over the phone – or you can use our online valuation tool, which can be accessed via our website www.lawsonproperty.co.uk.
Our website also contains the contact details for all of the Lawson team. Whether you are a buyer or seller, please ring us if you have any concerns. We are here to help. Telephone (01752) 229292 for our Plymouth City Office of (01752) 791333 for our Plymouth North Office. If you get our answerphone service, please leave a message with them and they will get back to you.
Lawson Estate Agents is committed to the highest standards of customer service – and that means delivering the best possible service for as long as we can. Let’s all hope it is not too long before we can get back to some kind of normality.
Finally, and this is really important. Please follow the latest Government health guidelines and not only keep your family and friends as safe as possible but look after others too. We are one big global family in this pandemic. Yes, we MUST look after ourselves…but we MUST look after each other too. There is little doubt now that it could mean the difference between life and death. Stay safe…stay well…and stay positive!
