Go the extra mile with the #BHF100K this January!

We know 2020 has been a really challenging year for everyone, and we’re also aware of all the great charity work everyone has been doing. The estate agency industry continues to demonstrate great support for its families, friends, and communities. We’re delighted to announce that Lawson are supporting the #BHF100k challenge – to run or walk 100 kilometres between Boxing Day and the end of January. We’re now putting the call out for support and participation within our industry, our vendors, buyers and families – can you answer the call?

The British Heart Foundation challenge has been conceived and organised by Gary Burr of the British Heart Foundation, together with Kevin Scrupps and Jamie Aspland, who are estate agents and friends at Pygott and Crone in Lincolnshire. The event is supported by Agents Giving – the charity for the property industry. We are hoping to raise as much money for the British Heart Foundation as possible, and make a real difference to as many lives as possible.

Please join over 200 people so far (23/12) taking part in the #BHF100k challenge; full details on how to get involved are below. So whether you work in the property industry or not, we’d love you to take part in the challenge, it’s open to everyone! If you would like to sponsor one of the participants, find them on this page, and click Donate next to their name! Or simply click Lawson Estate Agents is fundraising for British Heart Foundation (justgiving.com)

How to take part.

You simply need to cover 100 kilometres in the period from 26th December until 31st January. We’d love it if you could raise £100 along the way, we are hoping to raise perhaps £15,000 for the British Heart Foundation.

  8. Some of us have already started

100 kilometres sounds a lot but remember you can run or walk and the distance can, for example, be easily broken down into manageable chunks over the weeks of the challenge! During the challenge, don’t forget to share your progress online using the hashtag #BHF100k and most importantly give plenty of encouragement to everyone taking part.

Many thanks from all the team at Lawson Estate Agents.
