Prior to marketing we assign you a personal contact in the office who will come and visit you at your property before we “go-live”. This is to ensure we are familiar with it and able to have informed discussions about your property with interested parties and our database of registered buyers. Your personal contact will complete a Property Information Questionnaire with you, to make sure we have all the information that prospective viewers may like to know; how old is the boiler? where is the nearest bus stop and such like, the smallest details are all important! All our staff will ensure they have seen the property prior to carrying out any viewings to ensure they know the property and it’s features with confidence.
